The landscape dictates the work — not the diary

A methodology built on observation, knowledge and continual improvement

How We Work

Landscapes don’t grow to a timetable

Growth accelerates. Rain delays work. Storms create new priorities. Some weeks require considerably more attention than others. A fixed schedule and task list cannot respond to what a landscape actually needs.

Our Landscape Stewardship methodology allows the landscape — not the calendar — to determine when and where time is invested. Every visit creates new understanding. Every decision is built on knowledge accumulated over time.

The Five Stages
01

Observe

We visit at the right time, guided by the needs of the landscape — not a fixed schedule.

02

Prioritise

We identify what matters most, now — responding to growth, weather and the season.

03

Care

The right work is carried out at the right time, in the right way, with skill and attention.

04

Review

We assess results, monitor change and evolve our approach. Every visit builds knowledge.

05

Improve

Proactive management delivers better outcomes year after year, season after season.

“Our Landscape Management approach allows the landscape — not the diary — to determine when and where time is invested.”
